The United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida has filed a civil lawsuit naming AIMA, alleging one of our former clients engaged in wrongdoing. These allegations concern events from over seven years ago. AIMA ended its business with that client more than five years ago and has had no involvement in the alleged conduct.

AIMA adamantly disputes the allegations made in this lawsuit. The legal allegations are not just unprecedented-they are simply wrong. AIMA is confident in its position and looks forward to vigorously defending and vindicating itself in court.

This lawsuit does not affect AIMA’s operations. Our business continues uninterrupted, and our focus remains on delivering trusted, compliant billing services to healthcare providers across the United States.

For over a decade, AIMA has upheld the highest standards of compliance and ethical business practices. This is the first time in our history such claims have been brought against us. Our company, and our services are firmly rooted in the United States. Any suggestion that our international presence undermines our commitment to this country is false and misleading.
